how can i start trading in london stock exchange?

what kind of investment is involved can i buy or sell 100 shares

Get in touch with your bank or open an account with an online bank and open a trading account.

Only use money you can afford to lose because it’s a very dodgy thing to be doing at the moment. I’ve made 15% in 2 months on the Brent Crude Oil Index but I’ve lost a stack on other things. I’m in it long term. If you can’t afford to do the same, forget it.

The best advice I can give is to stick with companies that have been about forever, like Coca Cola or something like that. Do NOT buy car company shares. Try to think what people will still be wanting in 20-50 years like old people’s homes, clean water, food, beer etc.

But these marketplaces, and the cultural...
